Running, running - where? A 180 for Tony Harris.

Courtesy Tony HarrisPrivate Tony Harris was running, running as fast as he could. After a loud explosion nearby, his instincts took over. Or was it instinct to run towards the trouble?

He ran twice the length of a football field amid the falling bombs. Screams, smoke, and confusion! It was difficult to see where anyone was.

10 Step Holiday Workout: Intense and Full-soul

Christmas is a week away! The Christ child, presents, family, friends, and big meals and more big meals. Ham, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, pies, cakes, cookies, and candies are only part of the variety on the menu.

For this reason, holiday workouts abound."7 Ways to Sneak in a Holiday Workout" Stay Fit on the Holidays" "Get Movin' Monday" "A Six Minute Holiday Workout" Honestly, I don't think six minutes cuts it to knock off the calories in the ham, stuffing, potatoes, eggnog, and gingerbread cookies.

But there are other ways to get pudgy and soft during the holidays - off work, no more classes, time to rest, and a well deserved vacation. A great way to relax, but when we don't watch it, we forget the reason for the season.

Making it in the NFL and making it in life: Scott Tolzien

January 1, 2011 - 21 to 19. Scott Tolzien and the Wisconsin Badgers lost the Rosebowl to Texas Christian University. It was almost surreal to lose to the Horned Frogs after all he had done - the 2010 Golden Arm award, shattering school records, a huge comeback from early season.

But things only got tougher. Now Tolzien's struggling in the NFL. After a stint with the Chargers, he's the third-string quarterback with San Francisco.

Even though the Badgers lost the Rose Bowl, a 7-year-old fan won big. Though Tolzien's football career is struggling, someone's thriving.

Broncos or Bears - Tebow, the NFL, and God

A funny combination! Many thought, and some still think, that Tebow shouldn't be in the NFL - he lacks the skill, the finesse.

The NFL and God don't mix at all. How dare the divine take a step on football's sacred turf?! The only one's he seem inseparable are Tebow and God, but some even question that will last. They point at all the other fallen athletes and celebrities.
